D-sub electrical feedthroughs. 9 or 15-way versions available. Features individual glass-ceramic compression seals and bakeable to 250 °C. UHV compatible D-sub connectors, pins and tooling are available.
- 9-way feedthrough on a DN40CF flange (70 mm OD)
- 15-way feedthrough on a DN63CF flange (114 mm OD)
- Suitable for use to 1.3 x 10-10 mBar (1 x 10-10 Torr)
- Male to male connection
- Bakeable to 250°C
- Gold plated pins
- Rating. 500V, 5 A per pin (max 20% of pins)
